A Big Day For The Other Football

If you’re a soccer fan (are you? any GOOD readers like the beautiful game?) you probably know that the Champions League is a big deal. It pits the best teams from the European club systems against each other in a sort of international meta-tournament. In yesterday’s final, two titans of English “football”—Manchester United and Chelsea—clashed like Godzilla and Mothra in a match that lasted over two hours and came down to penalty kicks. The result is here, although we’d really suggest you watch it. You can’t appreciate the Sistine Chapel by reading a BBC article.
