Having attended an <a href="http://www.lse.ac.uk/collections/africaClimateChangeForum/Default.htm" rel="nofollow">African Climate Change</a> conference in Rwanda this summer, I am completely interested in how these changes in climate will affect those who don't get the same amount of information as we do.  What a great design challenge and opportunity (one that could involve interesting information that those you work with contribute to in the future)!
