A group in Detroit finds derelict buildings and paints them bright orange. This is a good way to both liven up a drab, depressed industrial neighborhood as well as draw attention to ugly abandoned buildings so that they may be fixed. Orange also happens to be the color of Detroit's abandoned and derelict baseball team. No coincidence there.
