A SeaPower Pacific Ceto Wave Farm could potentially offer both fresh water and zero emission power to residents of Perth, Australia (a place in need of both those things). It involves an innovative underwater infrastructure of pistons that 'fire' when moved by the waves of the ocean. Watch the video in the link above.
