Back to School: Draw Something #30DaysofGOOD

Get creative. Don't worry if you don't have experience or don't feel like you have any natural artistic talent—you can do it.

Today, I want you to get creative.

Your task is to draw something. Don't worry if you don't have experience or don't feel like you have any natural artistic talent—you can do it. Just start drawing and don't stop until you hear an artsy little voice inside your head tell you that your masterpiece is complete.

Drawing has a bunch of benefits. It helps you learn to focus. It trains your brain to make creative choices. It even helps relieve stress. There are many other ways that drawing and making art can make your life better.

The best part about it is that you don't need much to get started. If you feel more comfortable watching a video tutorial or two, check out Expert Village's excellent series. Or take a look at Drawspace's online lessons. But really, all you need to do is grab a pencil and a piece of paper and get crackin'.

If you're able to, scan your work and post a link to it in the comments section of this post. The GOOD community is eager to see what you come up with.
