While wearing this very silly helmet, a plain cookie can taste like an almond cookie, or really anything else you can imagine. You can view this as a horrifying piece of technology that is going to destroy what it means to be human. But I like to think of it as a genius cure to our country's obesity problem: Put on your tasting helmet and you can make an otherwise bland bowl of healthy quinoa taste just like that supersized McDonald's Value Meal that you so crave.
