Blog Action Day

  • Posted by: Andrew Price
  • on October 15, 2007 at 2:23 pm

Today is the first (annual?) Blog Action Day. A tech blogging couple decided to try to get as many bloggers as they could to write about a single subject for a day. For the inaugural run the subject is the environment.

Here’s the Blog Action Day home where they’ll happily tell you about notable participants and the history of the project. It looks like there’s some good momentum going.

Various Google blogs are getting in on the act, TreeHugger is, of course, on board and reddit changed their logo for the occasion.

It looks like posts about the environment in honor of Blog Action Day are outweighed by posts about Blog Action Day itself (like this one). But that’s cool. It’s the first Blog Action Day ever.
