Blue/Green Alliance

  • Posted by: GOOD
  • on June 12, 2006 at 3:36 pm

We missed this last week, but it’s big. The country’s biggest manufacturing labor union and the country’s biggest conservation group joined together to try to be good to the environment without losing jobs. Labor and environmentalists haven’t always been, shall we say, that close (remember that whole spotted owl thing), so this “Blue/Green Alliance”? is a big step in the right direction of progressive people getting along all happy like.

Thanks, Ben
