Neo-protest musician Billy Bragg had his music on MySpace. But then, a close perusal of the MySpace terms of service led Bragg to believe that by posting his music on the site he was giving the rights to his songs away to MySpace. So he took the songs down, made a stink, and MySpace changed its rule to guarantee the safety of musician's work. That's a heartwarming story if we ever heard one.
