Somehow The Late Show with David Letterman has become the venue for a public battle over new car technology. A few weeks ago, Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk went on the show to show off his Model S and ended up talking mess about the Chevy Volt. Last night, Chevy CEO Bob Lutz went on Letterman to defend his series hybrid.
