Congratulations Mister Splashy Pants

That’s right folks, Mister Splashy Pants has won by a landslide and is now the official name of this beautiful humpback whale. In the end, good-natured humor prevailed over niche-centric new age stodginess.

Of course, this is only the beginning of the process. Now that we’ve named this whale, it’s time to save him.
