CPAC Flap

The big story over the weekend was Ann Coulter’s not-so-friendly remarks about John Edwards sexual orientation at the conservative gathering known as CPAC. The Presidential candidates who spoke before Coulter have denounced her comments, but not her, personally, and Mitt Romney is still accepting her endorsement.

That is what kills me about Ann Coulter, you don’t want to give her the time of day but she does things that are so infuriating that you can’t possibly ignore it! Claiming she was trying to be “funny.”

Well, guess what Ann Coulter? You’re not funny. In a recent Time article, John Cloud defended Ann Coulter, calling her “a right-wing ironist and comedienne.” There is no such thing as a right wing ironist – it’s not irony if you ACTUALLY hate gay people!
