I am excepting portfolios for 5 phenomenal individuals to collaborate in the fruition of an exciting, mind-blowing, slightly erotic, playful, comedic, mesmerizing, and unrelenting assemble. I am inviting 5 members to share a 1500sq. ft studio space: 2 offices (one is currently occupied), 2 bathrooms, and studio area (for photography, filming, exhibiting, performing, and meeting.) Location: Burbank Potential: Infinite Rent: Easy Breezy
