Similar to Artist's Space's Night of 1000 Drawings, people have the opportunity to participate in a world that can often be intimidating. It will be interesting to see how Art House will edit themselves in the future while continuing in this method. This is an excellent antidote to the art world (at least here in NY) that suffers from issues of celebrity and nepotism, and where it is extremely difficult to get a foot in the door.
