He merely appears to me less troublesome than his fellow "faith" candidates. Though I repudiate Romney's concept that "freedom needs religion," I also heard some veiled references that lead me to think he would be more even-handed in governing than might be any of the other Republicans. If the Democrats blow this election, I shutter to think how much farther we could be pushed toward a theocracy. A Mormon may at least save us from a broad concensus of the hard-line right.
