I'd have to say that, both groups were a little tentative at first but everyone loosened up and had a good time finding out about each other's work. Maybe in the future we won't do it as a speed dating type thing. I thought it would be a fun way to get to know one another but it can feel like high school if you want to be with someone else and they thing you didn't pick them. I guess it all depends (like most things) on how it is delivered. Chalk that up to experience. We push everyone a little outside of their comfort zones as a rule during any re:active program and that's one of the reasons that makes it memorable in the end.
