Free Water: Now Expensive

Tap water is, apparently, the newest ingredient to be sustainable-ized in fancy, haute barnyard restaurants. You can now buy local tap water, but filtered by the restaurant in their own special process. This way, you don’t ship a plastic bottle to the restaurant, but your high-faultin’ customers don’t have to drink disgusting tap water. How fancy!
