Reclamona (ão) is the Portuguese word for complainer! It seems like we all cannot get buy one day without saying something negative about something or someone in our cities. Despite the fact that Brazil is one of the happiest countries in the world, with an impressive GNH (gross national happiness), we love to complain but we do very very little. With this in mind, Rodrigo Bandeira de Luna - President and Founder of Instituto Seva - created a portal for citizens to actually take part of the solution for the things they are complaining about!
This video though in Portuguese will give you an idea of what you can do using the great new participative tool (by the way we need supporters - since Seva is a NGO and just getting started all the investments have come out of individuals pock).
