According to the March 2009 issue of Women's Health, the nonprofit org, Internet Sexuality Information Services (ISIS,) has constructed a website where you can send a friendly anonymous ecard to all of your recent partners to let them know that you have an STD. You can also find information on treating and preventing STDs, and find local testing information. Anonymity of the ecard is optional, but ISIS notes that recipients typically take the message more seriously if it includes a personal note.
