High(ish)-Tech Censorship In Russia

What you don’t see in the screen shot above: Mikhail Delyagin, a critic of Russian prime minister Putin. His political views got him digitally erased from a broadcast of the ironically-titled Russian TV show “The People Want to Know.” Well, mostly erased, that is. You can still see his legs and his left hand. Of course, those aren’t the parts that the Russian government is worried about (that’d be his mouth, and it was successfully excised). The media in Russia’s in a bad state.
