This isn't about the environment or microfinance or healthcare, but about social reform for thousands of converted gang members in Los Angeles. Los Angeles is one of the most progressively evolving major cities in the US and Homeboy Industries is one of those small pieces that is helping it along a path of recovery from corruptions and social destruction.
