This is my blog post about a podcast of Tom Kelley (of IDEO) speaking on how we as individuals can continue to be innovators. This podcast resonated so much with me because I believe that we have to honor our creativity -- in all of its forms -- in order to bring better, more solid and actionable solutions for all that is occurring in this world. On a more basic level, creativity lends itself to more productive, passionate, purposeful and profitable companies and individuals -- in my opinion.
