Nicola Twilley 
Capture, by artist Christian Kerrigan: a frozen ecology of 1,000 seeds and flowers from Kingley Vale, England's last remaining ancient yew forest. The sculpture is currently on display at London's newest architecture gallery, The Gopher Hole in Hoxton, where it gently thaws and refreezes as visitors inspect its chest freezer housing.
