In EPA, What Does The 'P' Stand For?

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case about regulating CO2, pitting many of the States against the Environmental Protection Agency. The states say that the EPA must regulate the greenhouse gas, while the EPA says: “We’ll regulate what we feel like regulating. They actually say that they don’t need to regulate, because companies are doing such a good job policing themselves. So kind of the EPA, to let the true heroes get the credit.
