Taking a cue from Jason Eppink's Pixelator, Poster Child puts a "stained glass" cover over NYC video billboards to make animated graffiti. At about the 1:10 mark you get the full effect of his work. Bonus: the soundtrack is a hilarious Gregorian chant version of Green Day's "Boulevard of Broken Dreams."

UPDATE: From the video's intro credits, it looks like Poster Child had help from Eppink.
