Iranians Plan to Bring Down the Power Grid... With Toasters

Interesting tidbit from a New York Times story about protesting in Iran: "A flier circulating in Tehran... asked people to turn on all their electrical appliances at the same time to crash the electric grid as a sign of defiance." A new form of protest? I wonder if it will actually work.
