Libyan Death Sentence

  • Posted by: Morgan Clendaniel

Libya received many plaudits for dismantling its nuclear program a few years ago, but it still has a large international relations problem, and one that wont be going away any time soon. Yesterday, six foreign health workers were convicted of infecting 400 Libyan children with HIV. Many Western scientists believe that unhygienic conditions at the hospital led to the infection, but the Libyan courts are sure that it was a plan by foreign intelligence agencies to test a new form of genetically engineered HIV. Welcome to the modern world, guys.
