Wonkette reminds us that tomorrow the Supreme Court of the State of New York is set to rule on whether the state can perform gay marriages. We were in Cambridge, Mass. when Marcia Hams and Susan Shepherd were the first couple to lead in an age of debauchery and licentiousness. Despite the night of May 17, 2004, being the end of civilization as we know it, everything still seems pretty much fine in Massachusetts (Gov. Mitt Romney must be contending with the forces of Satan on a daily basis to fend off rampant bestiality and polygamous marriages. Or maybe just the bestiality). Who knows what will happen tomorrow? Maybe the power of two states' gayness will be just what the end of days has been waiting for.

PS. Unless you are in a safe, non-work environment, do not search for "gay" using Google Image Search when looking for pictures of happy gay couples getting married. FYI.
