San Diego! There was so much spirit at the rally tonight, there was an estimated guess of 1,000 people to show up but there ended up being 7,000.
It was so touching to see strangers relighting candles and the constant honking.
The only discouraging thing was the cops who kicked the volunteer workers out of the street when all they wanted to do was pass out whistles.
I suppose the cops wanted to make it seem like they had some authority over something because all they were doing before the volunteers was standing around, there was no violence... just love and peace.
Let's hope prop 8 doesn't pass.
rights for everyone.
