No Pill Diet

Not a big fan of horse-sized vitamin pills?  Looks like you won’t have to take them if you fulfill all of your nutritional needs throughout meals.  Although that’s obvious, what kinds of foods should we be eating at meals?  The Washington Post tells us just that with its interactive menu for your convenience.  See here.
