Outstanding In The Field

  • Posted by: Andrew Price
  • on March 12, 2008 at 1:48 pm

Plenty of restaurants have a nice patio, but Outstanding in the Field, a roving “restaurant without walls,” serves every meal in a different outdoor setting—often the very ranch or farm from which the food came. The point is to provide a unique and delicious meal and honor the people and land that produced it. They’ve taken their nomadic restaurant on five nationwide tours so far and are starting to host meals in Europe.

While the concept (that eating fresh food outside in a field is really pleasant) is simple, scoring a $150 ticket might be a little more complicated.

Thanks Brent!
