On Friday, the World Press Photo Awards were announced. The Photo of the Year, by Time's Anthony Suau, shows a cop casing a foreclosed home in Cleveland, where one in six houses have met a similar fate. And because pictures speak a thousand words, we won't get into how horrifying it is that the cop looks like he's about to shoot someone.For the complete photo essay, click here.
