Some interesting political bits and pieces today: President Bush cuts it up. Some people may take offense to his comedy, but its nice to know he is a real person with emotions. In other news, check out McCain getting caught totally exaggerating (plus news that he was almost a Democrat), and a fascinating piece comparing the political trajectories of Al Gore and Richard Nixon, which concludes that the two men are the same person and that Gore will be president in '08. It negelects to mention one key commonality in their careers: both have been disembodied talking heads on "Futurama."
