Pure Water for the World is a Vermont based nonprofit providing jobs, education, and bio-sand water filters for underserved populations in Honduras, Haiti, as well as other areas where access to clean drinking water is limited.
Bio-sand filters are fabricated in country with local labor and materials an distributed to schools, clinics, and households along with sanitary practices education to reduce water borne sickness which can affect large numbers of populations, especially children.
