”This is in quotations marks", "These are inch marks". As a designer working primarily for the screen, it can be difficult to remember this minor but syntactically important detail (there's two extra button to push!). If you're also a programmer, you're constantly trained to use straight quotes (",'). My advice is to remember that there are mean people (not me! I promise) out there that will laugh at your amateurish mistakes. Proof read before you press submit. So remember, ” is not ", ' is not '. There are many worse things you could do as a designer, so if you're the designer for the the Good website, don't loose sleep over it.
