Scientists Ask Why Some Resist Their Advances

The intellectuals (and be sure to call them that) over at Edge published a new article today about why scientific ideas like evolution can be so clearly, irrefutably true to some people and false, or even anathema, to others.

They argue that whether you’re sympathetic to, or suspicious of, scientific ideas, you’re probably just throwing in with people you trust.
