Seriously Flawed

We told you earlier that Saddam's trial was flawed but reasonably fair. One of our commenters pointed out that "Every criminal trial (and most every law for that matter) is flawed in some form." That's probably true, but according to one source, the flaws of Saddam's trial were a whole other story.
