Settled For Some...Not So Much For Others

John McCain clinches the Republican nomination after sweeping the March 4 primaries in Texas, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont—forcing Mike Huckabee (who laid out a surefire strategy for taking the Lonestar State while playing electoral air hockey with Texas-as-puck on The Colbert Report) to drop out.

On the other side of the aisle, Hillary Clinton has a big night taking three out of four—including delegate-dense Ohio and Texas, the first by a moderately wide margin and the latter in the late-night tally—driving the Dems toward what is shaping up to be a no-good, rotten tie.

Which reminds us: ever heard of those "superdelegates"?
