What a quaint off-beat news story! An incredibly rare stamp may have been used to mail an absentee ballot in Florida. Now the envelope is stuck inside a sealed box which can’t be opened for a few months. The stamp is a 1918 Inverted Jenny, which shows an upside-down WWI airplane. Worst part is, now that the stamp has been canceled, it’s worth between $20,000 and $100,000. It’s uncanceled value was $200,000.
