The fact is that the powers that be are to corrupt.greedy and are after absolute control of the general population to care about the common person.All they care about is money and control,if you just look around you can see the writing on the wall.Mankind has been killing each other since time began.I look forward to a new age of enlightenment when man will respect each outher,nature and everyones right to exist in peace.All the anchient civilations said the same thing about our future.I believe our time is at hand and the current ways all powers that be operate will not allow them to admit thier mistakes and we all will pay the price.I believe this man is credible and has discovered things the anchients knew.What ever the future brings the fact is man will get whats comming to him.GOOD LUCK

I heard that WWIII comes after the price of gas goes up to 8 to 10 per gallons. Its make senses. Why? Because if you can’t afford it and need to steal it to keep up with things. Is that way its goes?

I find what he has to say very interesting and disturbing at the same. I AM AFRAID that he might be right. America loses good men everyday in the war – a war we cannot win. Did we not learn anything from Vietnam? What will be left to fight if we do end up in WWIII? Uneducated, unpartiotic, over weight, momma’s boys and women. If the price of foreign oil keeps going up, what chance would we have to successfully fight a war on foreign soil? We couldn’t afford it! I’m worried because I see the end for us as a superpower. We can’t take care of our own anymore, we have no morals or dediation to our own country anymore. Even our ministers and priests are sinners. We are in sad shape and I fear that it will destroy us. Ever read The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire? Well the social misfits and deviates started making the laws, the whole country fell apart. Sound familiar? Gay marriages, gay insurance coverage, health care for the rich or get only social services as health care, people showing their underwear in public – even in court — Hollywood actors trying to influence lawmakers, unbelievable crime rates, our public education is in ruins. illegals drawing unemployment and SS or welfare. IRS workers cheating the system by helping their friends cheat. (Boy, I really sound pessimistic don’t I? But I can’t help it, it is in your face everyday. No, I think this guy is on to the real reality.

From a theological perspective the ingredient he brings into his models is call original sin, the exact opposite of free will, it is a will captive to precisely the motives and drives he utilizes in his models. In Lutheran circles we call it “Bondage of the Will.” It is a center peice in the theology of man as articulated by Martin Luther in the 1500’s. It is still very true today. However most moderns place little value on it. That’s why I find it so interesting. The professor is like Vance Packard on steroids. Vance Packard: “Hidden Persuaders”. I am definitely going to read more on this up and coming Nostradamus. I would be interested to know if it works in reverse… predicting the birth of the U.S. What were the odds? Certainly much is known about the characters in both England and the colonies.
The reason culture and the masses are not used in his models is they are reflective of society, not the power people. The cultural norms, widely held vlaues and man’s religion are the opiate of the masses, not faith as set forth in the scriptures. The church exists to combat the normal sinful nature and its consequences. That’s why the church has such a hard time… by defintion is has its roots in two realms and so each Christian is conflicted in himself. “Who will save me from this wretched mess… Thanks be to God who sent Jesus Christ..”

Future events can easily be retrofitted to the prediction once they have occurred. To have aby validity the opposite would need to be the case.

these reports on prediction accuracy may be very misleading. if i predict that there will be no terrorist attack tomorrow, i’ll likely be right. i can repeat that 100 times, and exceed the vaunted 97% rate easily. it is also meaningless.the predictions included at the end of the article seem to be 50/50 chance items (law passed) or outright improbable (middle east peace).it sounds very interesting, i’d like to see a full complete listing of public a priori predictions.

BdM is on the right track…..Economists have been trying to predict outcomes for years with relatively long complex formulea….but they always fail to consider “one’s best interest” as a factor…in other words, greed….or perhaps megalomania. This world is a dangerous place and now our economy is on the edge of the financial abyss. Yet our leader (whom I voted for) wants the quick fix. Soon the stimulus money will run out! We should try to use BdM’s theoriesThings like long term diplomatic efforts in politics and changing mind sets in “the global economics” are often not looked on as viable options.For instance, using a few of BdM’s ideas, if our President (Obama) required 50% manufacture of ALL imported goods that ….say had a value of more than $50 U.S. dollars retail, there would be almost instant factories springing up, After all, WE ARE THE CONSUMER NATION. BMW, Toyota, Honda and Hyundai already have proved that Americans will work hard for decent wages with their factories here.Many jobs and not enough workers would (soon) increase wages as employers hired good workers in these new factories. We could enter a new age of prosperity.There are drawbacks, but it would work. Yet this approach is not discussed.The opposition to our President is just waiting for him to fail.We must apply new ideas like BdMs
