The Perfect Day

  • Posted by: Andrew Price
  • on March 10, 2008 at 1:51 pm

In a two-page spread from the new issue of Giant Robot, Witt Siasoco, the Teen Programs Manager at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis, imagines his own personal “perfect day.”

Along with leisurely meals and a museum trip with his son, perfection, for Witt, includes “skating a 9-foot perfect bowl,” a half-day at work, and eating “a burger patty filled in a Twinkie-esque way with oozing hot cheese.”

Everyone’s perfect day is going to differ, but we like Witt’s attainable, simple-pleasures vision. He’s not hoping to win the lottery, hit a grand slam in the World Series, and get it on with some model. We hope your Monday comes tolerably close to your ideal.

Here are scans of Page 1 and Page 2 of the spread.
