Prison in Bolivia - not at all like the prisons around here. You can buy a better cell and buy better food at food stalls. Each section of the prison has its own elected representative who helps settle disputes. They're necessary because there are no guards. They stay outside. Knife fights are common. Betting on inter-prison soccer games can reach $20,000. The richer teams pay the best players. It's like a little walled microcosm, but with knife fights.
