In Thailand, they don't worry about organic or sustainable, anything. They just let some oxen chew on some grass. Once that happens, the royal astrologer can safely say that it looks like the harvest will be great this year. This is a method we should consider. Perhaps we could somehow involve Punxsutawney Phil. At the very least, this would be a very simple way to eliminate the entire Department of Agriculture. That would seriously help with deficit problems.
