In today’s politics wrap-up, a few brave and/or very foolish Republican Senators are refusing to cooperate with the White House on the latest bill on detainee rights. Namely, these Republican senators say that the detainees need rights. In the White House’s bill, that’s more up in the air.

And former Congressman Bob Ney has plead guilty to accepting bribes from Jack Abramoff. Luckily for a bunch of other people in Congress, he didn’t have to name names in order to cop his guilty plea.
