Just in case you hadn't seen it elsewhere, the successor to the incredibly popular Toyota Prius was officially unveiled today. Some highlights:

-Improved fuel economy (50 mpg vs. 46 mpg for the older model)

-Three driving mode: EV-Drive (electric motor only), Eco Mode (best fuel efficiency, and Power mode (sporty!)

-More interior space

-More options: moonroof, remote controlled air conditioning, solar panels on the roof, lumbar support in the seats
