So, you might have heard that the NSA has been keeping track of your phone calls. First of all, we always assumed they were doing this anyways. What we're so upset about is that their technology is so ass-backwards that they have to ask the phone companies for help. Aren't they supposed to be the super spy agency? It's pathetic. Now that we know the phone companies were complicit it might be time to switch providers to Qwest, the only people who said: "Hmmmm. No thanks," when the NSA came calling. You could also stop paying your bill until you get some answers and restitution. We're considering this option, but it seems like it will just get us screwed. According to Think Progress, your phone company actually owes you $1000 for your troubles, and according to DefenseTech (via Eyebeam), this was actually a stupid way to find terrorists. There's a shocker.
