So I was thinking about things that people say to each other today. Some of the things I thought of included:

How many times people use the word "gay" as an insult.

How many times people tell their friends "You are my life" or "You might just be my life"

Number one
Seriously, when ever anyone calls someone a "faggot" I just get extremely angry, the sad part is that I don't say anything about it. Honestly, it's just as bad as calling someone a "nigger". It's just wrong. Homophobia is just as bad as racism, if not worse. I'm going to try to count the number of times I hear someone say "that's gay" or "you're gay" tomorrow. I know I might be taking myself a bit too seriously, but c'mon... think about it. How are we, as a society, ever going to accept other people for who they are, if we keep using homophobic language. I can take the joke as well as the next guy,but I'm just pointing out how much of a problem this really is.

Number two
What is "You're my life" even suppose to mean? I mean, is that like a way of expressing you're passion for another person? If so, I think it's just stupid. Look, I have too many good and special friends that I'm very close to that say this all the time and I love them, but honestly, it's extremely annoying. It's not that I have a problem with it like I do with calling people "gay"... It's just that it annoys me and it's a trendy saying that's starting to get out of hand.

Eh, whatever.
I'm just ranting now so I'll stop with that.
