Wal-Mart loses a major lawsuit filed by its Pennsylvania employees, who stated that Wal-Mart refused to allow its employees to take breaks. The company will have to pay $62 million. They already had to pay $50 million in a similar case in Colorado. Is it possible that the increased productivity of not having your employees take breaks is making up for these losses?
