Our partners at the Gates Foundation are working with TEDx (the independently organized TED talks) and will be offering a great talk about the Millennium Development Goals and how the global health and development community can make a better future. The talk is streaming live on the web on Monday, September 20, at 11 a.m. Eastern time.
The speakers at the event are all excellent: Melinda Gates; Graça Machel, a world-renowned children's advocate; Hans Roling, the founder of GOOD-favorite data visualization tool Gapminder; and Mechal Viravaidya, the founder and chairman of the Population and Community Development Association.
