You may have heard tech people discussing Web 2.0. It's not some new internet filled with the best pornography. Rather, as this article notes, Web 2.0 is a collection of programs that make better use of the internet to connect people and information, like Wikipedia or Flickr or Skype. Most importantly, for GOOD, is Del.icio.us. For those who don't know, Del.icio.us allows users to post links for themselves, or for others.
